Bernie’s Haul Away contract will be terminated effective June 15,2024. Plane Dumpsters will be taking over the operation of the transfer station with no change in rates. Plane Dumpsters will also provide the cemetery dumpster. Recycling will no longer be available at the township effective June 15th. We appreciate your patience and understanding as the township board works on finding an alternative recycling solution. For those who are unable to have curbside recycling, Prairieville Township has offered expansion of recycling to Orangeville township residents with the following guidelines:
- While capacity is available, neighboring township residents are invited to participate.
- Punch cards are required and can be purchased at the Prairieville Township hall during regular business hours.
- Each punch on the new card is for a 20 gallon container. The punch card is good until it is filled. Additional punch cards can be purchased.
- Non-Resident Recycling will be the 2nd and 4th Saturday, from 11:00- 1:00.
Remember to crush your water bottles and milk jugs. It really helps free up space. Thank-you.
