PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to petitions received by the Township signed by the record owners of land constituting more than 50% of the total land area in the proposed special assessment district, the Township Board of Orangeville as authorized by PA 188 of 1954, as amended, proposes to establish an aquatic plant control project (with associated activities) in Fawn Lake in Orangeville Township as more particularly described below and to create a separate special assessment district for the recovery of the costs thereof by special assessment against the properties benefited.
